Veganism is kinda my thing
I’ve been vegan since 2008, and pride myself on cooking from the heart. I enjoy making hearty meals that are satisfying for vegans, omnivores, and everyone in between. That means recreating favorites from my childhood growing up in West Virginia, experimenting with all sorts of cuisines from around the world, and combining ingredients in classic and unexpected ways alike. Cooking classes and demos are a super fun addition to your party, event, or yoga/wellness retreat! I work with you to create a menu that fits the needs of your guests, and love showing folks how to make tasty vegan food at home while fielding questions about all things veganism and cooking.
